The ART House 360 is coming to downtown Verona in Fall/Winter 24/25. In partnership with Slate BLUE Studios, AH360 is creating supports to amplify the work of local artists, with an intentional focus on affordable workspace and sustainable creative practices, including artist co-working, teaching artist opportunities, exhibition space rental, performance space, special events, entrepreneurial support, and retail opportunities.

 

We are particularly seeking music artists of all kinds, including music teaching artists. Overall, we want to expand our artistic offerings across disciplines with photo/videographers, filmmakers, printmakers, and/or fiber artists, for example.

CURRENTLY, the ART House is seeking arts educators, organizations, or individuals for:

• Private studio spaces (2) available in Fall/Winter 2024/25: 462s/f per studio for $963/month, 2-5 year lease, tenant builds out to suit needs, utilities TBD. Features include: natural light, shared kitchen/conference room, community lounge, restrooms, 24/7 access, security, wi-fi, adjacent to outdoor stage & greenspace;

• Visual arts co-working studio space rentals (short or long term);

• Teaching artists opportunities across all disciplines;

• Artists to plan & execute a potential tunnel and/or crosswalk painting project; and

• Muralists for interior spaces in AH360.
